Also known as your new cookie gal. Officially, my name is Mackenzie Mazen, owner and baker of Amazen Cookies.

I have always had a passion for baking, with my pastry adventures beginning with cupcakes when I was a child. I took my first cookie decorating class in November 2019 and I was hooked. In March 2020, with nothing else to do, I bought all my supplies and started baking. For the past four years, I have been working on my craft. Now I'm operating a fully licensed home-based bakery in Los Angeles, CA!

I take pride in my cookies not only looking good but also tasting good! I am a big fan of sweets and firmly believe there's nothing worse than a disappointing dessert.

As for the name, my last name means makes me a Mazen. Put it together, and it's Amazen (pronounced uh-may-zen)! Call it an amazing play on words, I wanted my business name to be unique.
